Key Responsibilities:

- **Process orders, returns, and exchanges accurately and efficiently.**:

- **Assist customers with product selection, sizing, and availability.**:

- **Handle customer complaints and provide appropriate solutions to ensure customer satisfaction.**:

- **Maintain detailed and accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.**:

- **Collaborate with other departments to resolve customer issues and improve service quality.**:

- **Stay updated on product knowledge and company policies to provide accurate information to customers.**:

- **Follow up with customers to ensure their issues are resolved and they are satisfied with our services.**:

- **Provide feedback and suggestions to improve customer service processes and overall customer experience.**

Qualifications:

- 3-4 years of experience in a customer service role, preferably in the retail or e-commerce industry.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to handle difficult situations with patience and empathy.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a remote work environment.
- Proficiency in using customer service software, CRM systems, and Microsoft Office Suite.
- High attention to detail and strong organisational skills.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- A positive attitude and a commitment to providing exceptional customer service.
- Preferred Qualifications:

- Experience in the uniform or workwear industry.
- Familiarity with order processing and inventory management systems.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
