**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Customer Interaction**: Serve as the primary point of contact for customers, addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
- **Order Management**: Coordinate with the production and logistics teams to ensure timely processing and delivery of customer orders.
- **Feedback Collection**: Regularly collect and analyze customer feedback to identify areas for improvement in products or services.
- **Relationship Building**: Develop and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key customers to promote loyalty and repeat business.
- **Documentation**: Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, transactions, and feedback in the CRM system.
- **Issue Resolution**: Handle customer complaints efficiently, providing appropriate solutions and following up to ensure resolution.
- **Sales Support**: Assist the sales team with customer follow-ups, product information, and other administrative tasks as needed.
- **Reporting**: Prepare and present regular reports on customer interactions, feedback, and trends to the management team.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Sales experience required
- 1 to 3 years of experience in customer service or relationship management, preferably in a manufacturing or factory environment.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in using MS Office Suite.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
- Problem-solving skills and a customer-centric approach.

Pay: ₹17,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month

- Day shift
