**Job Location **:MIDC, Andheri East, Mumbai.

**Key Skillsets**: MS- Excel, MS- Word

**Required Skillsets**:

- Ability to handle team of service engineers.
- Client & Customer Relationship Management.
- Good Communication & Presentation skills.
- Take ownership of customer’s issues and follow problems through to resolution.
- Maintain an orderly workflow according to priorities.

**Responsibilities**:

- Should have 2+ years Sales & Service experience in Electronics industry.
- Should have experienced in handling customers grievances.
- Should be able to communicate with Client's & Customer's.
- Schedule technician's visit on excel sheet.
- Solve client's problems on call.
- Manage team's work accordingly.
- Ability to bring systems into place to ensure faster turnaround time and also lesser service claims.
- Educate the client on how to use and maintain their products.
- Perform maintenance and provide customer support.
- Introduce new technology to revive batteries.

**Required Qualifications**:

- Excellent communication, interpersonal and diagnostic skills.
- Ability to work independently without much supervision.
- Must be able to handle a team of 3-4 service engineers at different locations.

**Salary**: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
