Back Office Executive

**AGAPL** is seeking a full-time Back Office Executive to join our team in Mumbai. The concerned Person will be responsible for identifying potential new business opportunities and building & maintaining client relationships. This is an on-site role.
**Responsibilities**:
- Maintaining MIS (Banking, Leads, Interviews, etc)
- Eligibility Calculation
- Complete clerical tasks, including data entry, filing, photocopying, and scanning documents
- Coordinate with other team members to ensure smooth workflow and effective communication.
- Visiting Client as well as Bank regarding ongoing case.
- Ensure timely and accurate processing of documents and paperwork.
- Assist in preparing reports, presentations, and other documents as requested.
- Well versed with all loan products and be updated about new products available in the market and intimate the team members about the same.
- Developing new strategies for Back office to increase efficiency.
- Maintain confidentiality and security of sensitive information.
**Qualifications & Skills Needed**:
- Bachelor's degree
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
- Attention to detail and accuracy
- Good communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Ability to adapt to a fast-paced work environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher
Pay: ₹200,000.00 - ₹400,000.00 per year
