This position responsible to execute, review & promote the sales of Milk & Milk Products by extending support to the team, with an objective to achieve the business targets and ensure the implementation of ISO( which is the vision in the longer run)

Job Responsibilities

Plan, execute and achieve the sales targets as per the business plan.
- Develop market intelligence and expansion of distribution network.
- Promote and extend Periyar Dairy Milk & products sales model in the area of operation.
- Ensure to collect/recover the sales realization and out standings.
- Administration of Sales at the farm by Optimum utilization of resources, Funds and Cost Control.
- Responsible for Crates & Bottles
- Management and timely distribution of Milk & Milk Products.
- Effective control & minimize the leakages & damages.
- Organize Customer Contract Programs and addressing complaints.
- Statutory and ISO Compliance( Envisioning ISO for Dairy in one year's time at respective locations)
- Minimum 3-5 years sales exp., in Dairy industry at Junior/ Middle level in Sales
- Able to cordinate with blue collared staff at Farm
- Post Graduation in Marketing will be an added advantage
- Person will high orientation to systems processes and policies and at the same time also be agile.

Age Group : Maximum 35

**Job Types**: Full-time, Contract
Contract length: 11 months

**Salary**: ₹12,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
