**Responsibilities**:

- Manage and coordinate the daily operations of the editorial department.
- Oversee the editorial workflow, ensuring timely delivery of content.
- Set editorial guidelines, standards, and policies.
- Collaborate with writers, editors, and other stakeholders to develop and refine content ideas.
- Edit and proofread content to ensure accuracy, clarity, and adherence to style guidelines.
- Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide feedback to the editorial team.
- Stay updated with industry trends and best practices to drive innovation and improvement.
- Develop and maintain relationships with authors, freelancers, and external contributors.
- Collaborate with other departments, such as design and marketing, to ensure cohesive content creation and distribution.
- Monitor and analyze content performance metrics to inform strategic decisions.
- Stay informed about copyright laws, plagiarism guidelines, and other legal considerations related to content production.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience as a managing editor, senior editor, or in a similar editorial leadership role.
- Strong writing, editing, and proofreading skills.
- Excellent command of grammar, punctuation, and AP/Chicago style guidelines.
- Experience managing a team and overseeing editorial processes.
- Familiarity with digital content management systems and publishing tools.
- Knowledge of SEO best practices and content marketing strategies.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
- Strong attention to detail and exceptional organizational skills.

Pay: From ₹50,000.00 per month
