An experienced FMCG Sales Executive with 2+ years of industry experience is responsible for driving sales, fostering customer relationships, and ensuring effective product distribution in the retail market. This role demands a combination of strategic thinking, hands-on sales experience, and strong relationship management skills to maintain and grow market share in a competitive FMCG environment.
**Roles & Responsibilities**:
- Consistently Develop sales plans to capture new business opportunities and achieve assigned sales targets.
- promote and place products in retailers outlets and monitor growth.
- Monitor daily, weekly, and monthly sales performance and adjust strategies.
- Manage and nurture relationships with all the clients.
- Identify and establish relationships with potential clients, expanding the customer base in key markets.
- Provide exceptional customer service to ensure high customer satisfaction and retention.
- Analyze market trends and competitor activity to identify new sales opportunities.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to align product promotions and campaigns with regional sales strategies.
- Negotiate terms, discounts, and promotions with customers while adhering to company pricing policies and guidelines.
- coordinate with logistics team to ensure stock availability
- Maintain and submit accurate reports on sales performance, market feedback, customer activities, and competitor analysis.

**Qualifications**:

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
