Quantity Estimator

Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, Quantity Surveying, or related field.

Proven experience as a Quantity Estimator in the construction industry.

Strong analytical and numerical skills

Proficiency in estimation software and Microsoft Office (especially Excel)

Ability to read and interpret architectural and engineering drawings

Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills

Strong communication and negotiation abilities

5 -10 years of experience

Key Responsibilities:

- Analyze project drawings, specifications, and related documents to prepare quantity take-offs
- Estimate material, labor, and equipment costs for construction projects
- Prepare and maintain cost databases and pricing lists
- Request and evaluate quotations from suppliers and subcontractors
- Collaborate with architects, engineers, and project managers to align cost estimates with design and scope
- Assist in tender preparation and submission
- Monitor project costs and update estimates based on changes or variations
- Support project planning and scheduling with cost-related inputs
- Participate in value engineering and cost control efforts
- Conduct site visits as needed for verification and assessment.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
