**Key Responsibilities**:
- **Backlink Strategy Development**: Develop and implement effective backlinking strategies to improve website authority and search engine rankings.
- **Outreach Campaigns**: Conduct outreach to establish partnerships with influencers, bloggers, and other relevant websites for link-building purposes.
- **Content Collaboration**: Work with the content team to create SEO-optimized content that attracts high-quality backlinks.
- **Performance Analysis**: Monitor and analyze backlink profiles using SEO tools to assess quality and relevance. Track and report on key SEO metrics, including backlinks, domain authority, and search rankings.
- **Competitor Analysis**: Regularly perform competitor analysis to understand their backlinking strategies and identify new opportunities for growth.
- **SEO Best Practices**: Stay up-to-date with the latest SEO trends, Google algorithm updates, and best practices in link building and outreach.
- **Cross-Functional Collaboration**: Collaborate with other marketing team members to ensure a cohesive SEO strategy across all channels.
**Qualifications**:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.
- 3 years of proven experience in SEO with a focus on outreach and backlinking.
- Strong understanding of search engine algorithms and ranking methods.
- Experience with SEO tools (e.g., Ahrefs, SEMrush, Moz, etc.).
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills for effective outreach.
- Analytical mindset with experience in Google Analytics and other data analysis tools.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
**Salary**: ₹18,000.00 - ₹33,746.14 per month
