**Job Title**: SEO Executive

**Location**: Kharghar, Navi Mumbai.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Keyword Research & Analysis**: Conduct thorough keyword research to identify high-value keywords and phrases that drive targeted traffic. Utilize SEO tools to analyze keyword trends and competition.
- **On-Page Optimization**: Optimize website content, meta tags, headers, and images for search engines. Ensure best practices are applied for on-page SEO, including URL structure and internal linking.
- **Content Strategy**: Collaborate with the content team to create and implement effective content strategies. Ensure content is optimized for SEO and aligns with business objectives.
- **Technical SEO**: Assist with technical SEO tasks such as site audits, fixing crawl errors, improving site speed, and optimizing site architecture. Use tools like Google Search Console and Screaming Frog for analysis.
- **Link Building**: Develop and execute link-building strategies to enhance domain authority and improve search engine rankings. Engage in outreach and relationship-building with relevant websites.
- **Performance Tracking**: Monitor and report on SEO performance using tools like Google Analytics, Google Search Console, and other SEO software. Provide insights and recommendations based on data analysis.
- **Stay Updated**: Keep up-to-date with the latest SEO trends, algorithm changes, and best practices to ensure our strategies remain effective and competitive.

**Qualifications**:

- **Experience**: Minimum of 6 months of hands-on experience in SEO, preferably in a digital marketing agency or similar environment.
- **Skills**: Strong understanding of SEO principles, keyword research, on-page and off-page optimization, and technical SEO. Familiarity with SEO tools such as SEMrush, Ahrefs, Moz, or similar.
- **Analytical Skills**: Ability to analyze data, generate reports, and make data-driven decisions. Proficiency in Google Analytics and Google Search Console.
- **Communication**: Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Ability to collaborate effectively with team members and clients.
- **Education**: Degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field is preferred but not required.
