**Key Responsibilities**:
**Customer Interaction**: Greet customers warmly, take orders accurately, and provide prompt service.
**Order Management**: Process orders efficiently and ensure timely delivery.

**Billing & Payments**: Handle cash/card transactions and maintain accurate billing records.
**Product Knowledge**: Inform customers about menu items, offers, and promotions.
**Complaint Handling**: Address customer concerns and resolve issues professionally.
**Store Maintenance**: Ensure cleanliness, hygiene, and adherence to safety protocols.
**Collaboration**: Work with kitchen and service staff to enhance customer experience.

**Requirements**:
**Education**: Minimum 12th Pass / Graduate preferred.

**Experience**: 0-2 years in customer service, hospitality, or QSR.
**Skills**: Good communication, problem-solving, and teamwork.
**Language**: Basic proficiency in English & regional language.
**Personality**: Friendly, energetic, and customer-oriented.
