We are seeking a skilled Production Line Operator to join our team and contribute to the efficient operation of our manufacturing processes. The Production Line Operator will be responsible for overseeing and managing the assembly line, ensuring products are manufactured with the highest quality standards, and maintaining a smooth workflow.

**Responsibilities**:

- **Operating Machinery**: Operate and monitor machinery and equipment on the production line to ensure products are assembled correctly and meet quality standards.
- **Quality Control**: Conduct regular quality checks on products to identify any defects or deviations from specifications. Take corrective actions as necessary to maintain product quality.
- **Assembly Line Management**: Coordinate with team members to ensure the smooth operation of the production line. Monitor production schedules and adjust workflow as needed to meet deadlines.
- **Troubleshooting**: Identify and resolve issues that may arise during the production process, such as equipment malfunctions or supply shortages, to minimize downtime and maintain productivity.
- **Documentation**: Maintain accurate records of production activities, including production output, downtime, and quality inspections. Complete all required documentation in a timely and accurate manner.
- **Cleaning and Maintenance**: Perform routine cleaning and maintenance tasks on machinery and equipment to ensure optimal performance and prevent breakdowns.
- **Continuous Improvement**: Identify opportunities for process improvements and efficiency enhancements on the production line. Implement changes and innovations to optimize productivity and reduce waste.

**Qualifications**:

- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous experience in a manufacturing or production environment preferred.
- Familiarity with operating production machinery and equipment.
- Strong attention to detail and quality orientation.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Basic math skills and ability to follow written instructions.
- Flexibility to work shifts, including nights and weekends, as needed.
- Commitment to safety and adherence to safety guidelines at all times.
