**About Us**

We at **Shunyanant Communication and Research Pvt. Ltd.** specialize in strategic social media management, digital content production, and real-time event coverage. We're on the lookout for a talented and creative **Video Editor & Graphic Designer** to join our team and help us bring our projects to life.

**Key ResponsibilitiesVideo Editing**
- Edit and produce high-quality videos for social media, promotional campaigns, and projects (e.g., poetry videos, podcasts, and short reels).
- Add music, sound effects, voiceovers, transitions, and captions to videos.
- Work with raw footage and create cohesive, visually appealing narratives.
- Ensure all video content adheres to the client’s branding guidelines.
- Collaborate with the content team to conceptualize and execute creative ideas.
- Stay updated on the latest trends and techniques in video editing.

**Graphic Design**
- Design engaging visuals, such as thumbnails, posters, banners, and infographics, for digital platforms.
- Create custom graphics and templates for social media and presentations.
- Ensure that all designs align with brand guidelines and project requirements.
- Develop storyboards and visual assets for video production as needed.
- Revise and update designs based on feedback.

**Skills & Qualifications**
- **Technical Expertise**:

- Proficiency in video editing software (Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, DaVinci Resolve, etc.).
- Experience with graphic design tools (Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Canva, etc.).
- Knowledge of motion graphics and animation tools (After Effects) is must.
- **Creative Skills**:

- Strong sense of visual storytelling, composition, and design aesthetics.
- Ability to work with tight deadlines while maintaining quality.
- Understanding of current design trends and social media formats.
- **Soft Skills**:

- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Effective communication and teamwork abilities.
- A proactive attitude toward problem-solving and idea generation.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Film Editing, Graphic Design, Multimedia, or a related field (preferred but not mandatory).
- A strong portfolio showcasing video editing and graphic design work.
