**Position Overview**:
The Warehouse Manager is responsible for overseeing day-to-day operations in a têxtile warehouse, ensuring efficient inventory management, order fulfillment, and team performance. The role involves maintaining a safe and organized environment, while ensuring compliance with safety standards and effective coordination with suppliers and customers.

**Key Responsibilities**:*
- **Inventory Management**:* Ensure accurate stock levels, manage inventory using FIFO, and conduct regular stock audits.
- **Order Fulfillment**:* Oversee the picking, packing, and timely dispatch of orders, ensuring quality and accuracy.
- **Team Leadership**:* Lead and train warehouse staff, assign tasks, and ensure high performance.
- **Warehouse Organization**:*Optimize storage, organize products, and ensure safe handling of têxtiles.
- **Safety & Compliance**:* Enforce safety protocols, conduct inspections, and ensure regulatory compliance.
- **Reporting & Technology**:* Utilize WMS for tracking inventory, generate reports, and improve operational efficiency.
- **Supplier & Customer Coordination**:*Work with suppliers for timely deliveries and resolve any customer concerns.

**Required Skills**
- Proven experience in warehouse management, ideally in têxtiles or manufacturing.
- Strong organizational and leadership skills.
- Familiarity with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS).
- Knowledge of têxtile storage needs and safety regulations.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, hands-on environment.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
