**Job Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Edit and assemble raw video footage into engaging final videos using **Premiere Pro**.
- Design and create **motion graphics, animations, and visual effects** in **After Effects**.
- Enhance and manipulate images using **Photoshop** for video thumbnails, posters, and other marketing materials.
- Collaborate with the creative team to develop **video concepts, storyboards, and visual elements**.
- Ensure all video content aligns with brand guidelines, messaging, and target audience preferences.
- Optimize video content for various platforms, including social media, websites, and advertisements.
- Manage video assets, maintain organized file structures, and work efficiently to meet deadlines.
- Stay updated with the latest industry trends, tools, and techniques in video editing and motion graphics.

**Required Skills & Qualifications**:

- **Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, and Photoshop**.
- Strong understanding of **video editing techniques, transitions, color correction, and visual storytelling**.
- Experience in **creating motion graphics, kinetic typography, lower thirds, and visual effects**.
- Ability to work on **short-form and long-form video content**, including social media clips, promotional videos, and advertisements.
- Knowledge of different video formats, resolutions, and export settings for various platforms.
- Creative mindset with **strong attention to detail** and the ability to bring ideas to life.
- Ability to handle multiple projects and meet tight deadlines.
- **Bonus**: Experience with Illustrator, Audition, or 3D animation software (Blender, Cinema 4D, etc.).

**Preferred Experience**:

- years of experience in video editing and motion graphics.
- A portfolio showcasing previous video editing and motion graphics work.
- Experience working in an agency, media production, or content creation environment is a plus.
