Job Opportunity: Tele Caller for Orchid Tree Wellness Retreat

Location: Work from Home (Initial 5 days of training at our office, plus monthly meetings)

**Salary**: ₹25,000 per month + Incentives based on performance

Role Overview:
We are urgently seeking a polite and professional tele caller to join our team at Orchid tree Wellness Retreat. The role involves engaging with well-traveled clients and selling our cottages and property as part of our exclusive wellness retreat offerings.

Key Responsibilities:

- Attend incoming calls from potential clients and handle inquiries related to our cottages and property.
- Manage client interactions through our CRM and WhatsApp.
- Engage clients with effective and courteous communication, understanding their needs and offering suitable wellness retreat packages.
- Close deals by presenting our retreat as the ideal destination for relaxation and wellness.
- Work remotely from a noise-free area during peak hours (mainly evenings).
- Attend a monthly meeting at the office to discuss progress, updates, and targets.

**Requirements**:

- Ability to work in a quiet, distraction-free environment.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a focus on politeness and professionalism.
- Experience dealing with high-end clients is a plus.
- Willingness to learn and adapt to our systems and processes.
- Availability to attend training at our office for the first five days and participate in monthly meetings.
