**Position Overview**

**Key Responsibilities**
- Coordinate and process **sales orders**, invoices, and quotations.
- Act as the point of contact between the sales team and clients for queries, follow-ups, and documentation.
- Maintain **sales records, reports, and client databases** accurately.
- Liaise with **logistics, finance, and production** teams to ensure timely delivery and support.
- Assist in preparing **sales presentations, proposals, and marketing material**.
- Track **sales targets, team performance, and lead status** regularly.
- Manage customer communication professionally and resolve minor issues promptly.
- Support the organization of **sales campaigns, events, and exhibitions**.

**Qualifications**
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Commerce, or a related field.
- **1-3 years of experience** in a sales support, coordination, or administrative role.
- Proficient in **MS Office Suite (especially Excel and PowerPoint)**; experience with CRM/ERP tools is a plus.
- Strong communication, multitasking, and organizational skills.
- Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple deadlines

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹10,559.85 - ₹45,000.00 per month
