Job Summary: We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Sales Coordinator to assist with the preparation of tenders, lead generation, and various sales support activities. This role is ideal for a recent graduate or an individual with some experience in sales coordination who is eager to develop their career in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

- Tender Preparation:

- Assist in preparing and compiling tender documents in compliance with client specifications.
- Ensure all required documentation is complete and submitted within deadlines.
- Coordinate with various departments to gather necessary information and support for tender submissions.
- Lead Generation:

- Conduct research to identify potential leads and business opportunities.
- Qualify leads and schedule meetings or follow-ups for the sales team.
- Sales Support:

- Provide administrative support to the sales team, including managing schedules, preparing reports, and maintaining databases.
- Track sales performance metrics and prepare reports as needed.
- Assist in managing customer relationships and handling inquiries.
- Communication and Coordination:

- Liaise between clients and internal teams to ensure smooth execution of sales processes.
- Maintain accurate records of interactions and follow up on outstanding issues or requests.
- Organize and coordinate meetings, presentations, and other sales-related events.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (preferred but not required for freshers).
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Basic knowledge of sales processes and tender preparation (training will be provided).
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
- A proactive attitude and eagerness to learn.
