**Job Location -** Serampore, Hooghly
**Post - **Tele Caller
**Education -** Minimum HS pass
**Duty hours -** 10:30 am - 7:00 pm (Monday to Saturday)
**Skill - **Smart, Well & polite behaviour, Excellent communication skills, Rapport building, Retention and recall, Active listening, Objection handling, Collaboration, Target oriented, Excellent convincing power
**Job Description -**
- Place phone calls to potential clients
- Perform script (with necessary adjustments) to ensure consistency of sales program
- Answer potential client’s questions
- Communicate any problems, concerns or questions to supervisory staff
- Communicate respectfully and politely with potential customers at all times
- Work with team members on the call floor to meet sales and performance goals
- Maintain detailed records of outgoing and ingoing calls as well as follow up information and clients
- Meet or exceed projected weekly and monthly sales goals
- Accurately document the customer’s personal information including phone number, address and other order information
- Follow prepared sales script to provide accurate information about features and benefits
Both experienced and fresher can apply.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Regular / Permanent
**Salary**: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
