About the Role:
Key Responsibilities:
Call and engage with leads from the provided database.

Clearly communicate the benefits and features of our platform.

Convince and onboard trainers such as yoga instructors, dance teachers, artists, and performers.

Maintain records of conversations and follow-ups in the system.

Build relationships and trust with the trainers and artists.

Post onboarding, provide ongoing customer support for queries, issues, and engagement.

**Requirements**:
Minimum HSC or Graduate

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Confident and convincing phone presence

Prior experience in customer service or telesales is a plus

Passion for arts, wellness, or community-building is a bonus
