Inside Sales Executive

We are looking for a motivated and results-driven Inside Sales Executive to join our sales team. The Inside Sales Executive will play a crucial role in driving the sales of our hair oil products by reaching out to potential customers, building relationships, and closing sales. This role requires excellent communication skills, a customer-centric approach, and a strong understanding of sales techniques.
Key Responsibilities:
- Sales Conversion: Identify customer needs, offer suitable product solutions, and effectively convert leads into sales.
- Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction and repeat business.
- Product Knowledge: Develop a deep understanding of our hair oil products, including ingredients, benefits, and usage, to effectively communicate value propositions to customers.
- Sales Reporting: Track and report on sales performance, including lead conversion rates, sales figures, and customer feedback.
- Market Feedback: Gather insights from customers and the market to inform product development and marketing strategies.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in inside sales or a similar role, preferably in the beauty, wellness, or FMCG industry.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a persuasive and customer-oriented approach.
- Ability to effectively manage and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Basic understanding of hair care products and customer needs within this segment is a plus.
- Proficient in using CRM software and other sales tools.
- Self-motivated with a goal-oriented mindset.G
