V4U care Limited looking for a dedicated individual with a passion for customer service and business growth. As a member of our Care Coordinating Team you will be an extremely organised and enthusiastic individual who prides themselves on excellent customer service skills for clients and staff.

Ideal experience for this role would be previous Care Coordinators or Office Administrators seeking an opportunity to work full time.

Applicants Must:
Have an excellent telephone manner, attention to detail, ability to work under pressure and be professional at all times.

Excellent written and spoken English, to be able to liaise with our clients and our employees effectively.

Proficiency in supporting a team.

Ability to speak to our clients at all levels, developing relationships to grow the business.

Planning and organisational skills.

Ability to work under pressure and cope with change.

Logical thought processes, calm and patient.

**Duties**:
Rostering care shifts.

Keeping up with and communicating changes to shifts.

Answering all incoming phone calls and dealing with all queries in a prompt and efficient manner.

Be an organised individual who can manage multiple tasks.

Actively seek to gain New Business and grow existing relationships with our Clients.

**Salary**: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
