**Job Summary**:
We are seeking a proactive and driven Sales Representative to handle payment and order collection while expanding our customer base. The role involves traveling approximately 15 days a month to meet clients, collect payments, and secure new orders.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Payment & Order Collection**: Travel to customer locations to collect payments and confirm new orders.
- **Customer Visits**: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients through regular in-person visits.
- **Sales Growth**: Identify and pursue opportunities to increase sales with existing and potential clients.
- **Market Research**: Stay updated on market trends, customer preferences, and competitor activities to suggest strategies for growth.
- **Product Promotion**: Educate customers about our product range and provide tailored solutions.
- **Documentation**: Maintain accurate records of payments, orders, and customer interactions.
- **Reporting**: Provide regular updates on collections, sales targets, and customer feedback to management.

**Requirements**:

- Previous experience in sales, particularly in manufacturing or stationery industries, is a plus.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to travel extensively (approximately 15 days per month).
- Self-motivated and results-driven with excellent organizational skills.
- Familiarity with MS Office and basic record-keeping tools.
- Willingness to travel.
- Minimum qualification: High school diploma (Bachelor’s degree preferred).
