We are looking for dynamic and motivated female Telecallers to join our team. As a Telecaller, you will be responsible for reaching out to potential clients to introduce our financial services and generate leads. This role requires excellent communication skills, a persuasive demeanor, and the ability to build rapport with customers over the phone.

**Key Responsibilities**:
1. Conduct outbound calls to prospective clients to promote our financial services.

2. Identify and qualify leads through effective communication and probing techniques.

3. Explain the features and benefits of our services to potential clients.

4. Achieve monthly targets for lead generation and conversion.

**Salary**: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift

**Education**:

- Higher Secondary(12th Pass) (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Telecommunication: 1 year (required)
- Cold calling: 1 year (required)
- Telemarketing: 1 year (preferred)

**Language**:

- Hindi (preferred)
- English (preferred)
