**Data Collection and Analysis**:

- Collect, analyze, and interpret data from various sources (e.g., POS systems, inventory management software, CRM).

**Report Generation and Distribution**:

- Generate regular and ad-hoc reports (daily, weekly, monthly, quarterly) on key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Create dashboards and visualizations to present data insights in a clear and concise manner.
- Ensure timely and accurate distribution of reports to relevant stakeholders.

**System Maintenance and Support**:

- Maintain and support existing management information systems (MIS).
- Develop and maintain MIS documentation for smooth operations and easy maintenance.

**Retail-Specific Focus**:

- Analyze sales data, inventory levels, market share, and customer behavior.

**Collaboration**:

- Collaborate with other departments to ensure data accuracy and consistency.

**Required Skills**:

- **Data Analysis and Reporting**: Strong analytical skills, proficiency in data analysis tools (e.g., Excel), and report writing.
- **Problem-Solving**: Ability to identify problems, analyze root causes, and propose solutions.
- **Attention to Detail**: Accuracy and attention to detail are crucial for ensuring data integrity.

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
