**Education Equalization**: B.SC/M.SC (Computer Science)/ B.E (Computer Science)/ B.Tech IT/

**Skills**: Excellent Commination in English as need to coordinate with US clients and Tamil Mandate.

**Work Location**: Coimbatore - after joining 1st one month need to WFO (Currently WFH if required to attend meeting or management priority need to attend the office)

**Shift Timing**: Evening Shift (7pm to 4am) (9am to 6pm EST)

**Roles & Responsibilities**:

- B2B product experience required
- Coordinate for the Implementation product & Service with the Clients and Internal Team.
- Map stated client requirement to standard the company Product & Service forming the basis of subsequent product based discussion and creating a solution & design documents.
- Manage & Mentor a Team that are both Sub Matter Experts.
- Work with Remote onshore & Off-shore US teams.
- Create & Complete up
- to-date onboarding plans and additional training for new team members.
- Allocate Resources and create efficiencies with each client implementation.
- Review project plans, generate meeting minutes, and other documentation to ensure all tasks have been completed with quality according to plan.
- Create process improvements and ensure they are being adhered to.
- Monitor past roll out projects and create reports detailing insights and potential for future initiatives.

Assist in statement of work efforts by providing key product knowledge and strategies for addressing prospect business requirements, writing project scoping responses and SOW's, Change Management and contribution to other proposal
- related activities.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Regular / Permanent

**Salary**: ₹500,000.00 - ₹1,000,000.00 per year
