**Roles & Responsibilities**:

- Take inbound, outbound, and blended calls, answer questions, and document activities in the CRM
- Make outbound calls to agents
- Assist with sales activities, documenting leads, and managing databases
- Gather and document sales data, such as meetings and appointments, in CRM, including details of agents
- Communicate with agents regarding policy activation.
- Perform other duties as assigned

**Salary**: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
