**Job Description**:
As a Telecaller at Vathala, your primary responsibility will be to reach out to doctors and healthcare professionals, primarily in the Telugu-speaking region, and educate them about the benefits of registering with our platform. You will play a crucial role in building relationships with healthcare providers, explaining our app's features and advantages, and persuading them to become part of the Vathala network.

**Responsibilities**:

- Conduct outbound calls to doctors and healthcare professionals within the Telugu-speaking region.
- Introduce Vathala's platform and its benefits to Doctors.
- Educate healthcare providers about the services offered through our app, emphasizing the convenience and efficiency of our platform.
- Address any queries or concerns raised by potential users and provide accurate information about our services.
- Maintain accurate records of interactions with healthcare providers and update the database regularly.
- Collaborate with the marketing and sales team to implement effective strategies for user acquisition and retention.
- Achieve weekly and monthly targets for user registrations and engagement.

**Requirements**:

- Fluency in Telugu is essential, with excellent communication skills in both Telugu and English.
- Fresher or Proven experience in telesales, telecalling, or customer service roles is preferred.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport quickly over the phone.
- Persuasive and confident communication style with a knack for convincing others.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
- Basic computer skills and familiarity with CRM software is a plus.
- A passion for healthcare and a genuine interest in promoting accessible healthcare services.
