Job Responsibilities:

- Executing the installation, Automating the installation process.
- Ensuring that the installation is done following standards and best practices.
- Experience in creating Application pools and web gardens for maintaining single and multiple worker processes.
- Experience in creating and configuring virtual directories and websites.
- Good experience in day-to-day maintenance, monitoring, deployment, administration and troubleshooting of IIS web farms.
- Experienced in Installation and migration of IIS from 6.x to 10.x.
- Good experience in configuring IIS security settings like authentications. Experienced in CSR creation, New SSL certificate installation and renewed the expired certificates.
- Good hands-on experience in Incident Management.
- Good working experience in scheduling and implementing Change Management.

Required Experience and Skills:

- 3 to 5 years of experience in Windows IIS administration.
- Should have hands-on experience on Windows Server 2008 R2, 2012 R2, IIS Administration.
- Develops software components and hardware for projects, and aligns these with business strategies and objectives.
- Good knowledge of Apache/Weblogic installation and configuration.
- Good knowledge of Windows and Linux.
- Collaborates with engineers, architects, developers, and other staff to meet project objectives.
- Analyses the technological needs of customers and provides ongoing support for clients.
- Assesses and effectively manages all of the risks associated with their business objectives and activities to ensure activities are in alignment with the unit’s risk appetite and risk management framework.
- Knowledge of the values and practices that align customer needs and satisfaction as primary considerations in all business decisions, and the ability to leverage that information in creating customized customer solutions.
- Ability to measure the quality and quantity of work effort for improvement.
- Knowledge of and the ability to utilize a variety of administrative skill sets and technical knowledge to manage organizational IT policies, standards, and procedures.
- Knowledge of and ability to analyze marketplace experiences, developments and trends related to the function of Information Technology (IT).
