**Job Summary**

**Responsibilities**
- Lead the design and implementation of SAP Security solutions to ensure the protection of sensitive data and compliance with industry standards.
- Oversee the deployment and management of SAP GRC Access Control to streamline access management processes and mitigate risks.
- Provide expertise in ABAP Authorization to develop and maintain secure and efficient authorization concepts.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
- Conduct regular security assessments and audits to identify vulnerabilities and implement corrective actions.
- Develop and maintain security policies procedures and documentation to support compliance and governance initiatives.
- Monitor and respond to security incidents and breaches ensuring timely resolution and reporting.
- Stay updated with the latest SAP Security trends and technologies to continuously improve security practices.
- Mentor and guide junior team members fostering a culture of knowledge sharing and continuous learning.
- Work closely with stakeholders to ensure alignment of security strategies with business objectives.
- Participate in project planning and execution ensuring security considerations are integrated into all phases of the project lifecycle.
- Provide technical support and troubleshooting for SAP Security-related issues ensuring mínimal disruption to business operations.

**Qualifications**
- Possess a deep understanding of SAP Security principles and best practices.
- Have extensive experience with SAP GRC Access Control and its implementation.
- Demonstrate proficiency in ABAP Authorization and related security concepts.
- Show a strong background in Industrial Manufacturing or the Automotive Industry.
- Exhibit excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure.
- Display strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with diverse teams.
- Hold relevant certifications such as SAP Certified Technology Professional
- System Security Architect or equivalent.
