**What You'll Do**:

- Manage Accounts Payable (AP) and ensure accurate and timely processing of invoices, payments, and expense reports.
- Handle Accounts Receivable (AR) functions including invoicing, collections, and reconciliations.
- Maintain knowledge of GST and TDS regulations, ensuring compliance in all financial transactions.
- Perform reconciliation of accounts to ensure accuracy and completeness of financial data.
- Utilize Management Information System (MIS) to generate reports and provide insights for decision-making.
- Prepare financial statements such as Balance Sheet, Profit & Loss Account, and Tax Audit Reports in compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Assist in internal and external audits by providing necessary documentation and support.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline financial processes and improve efficiency.

**Who You Are**:

- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field.
- At least 2 years of experience in finance and accounting.
- Proven experience in finance and accounting roles, with a focus on AP, AR, reconciliation, and tax compliance.
- Proficiency in using accounting software and MS Excel for data analysis and reporting.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to interact effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
- Detail-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
- Experience in preparing financial statements and tax audit reports will be an advantage.
