**Key Responsibilities**:
1. **Cold Calling**:
- Reach out to potential customers to introduce products or services and generate leads.
2. **Identifying Sales Opportunities**:
- Research and identify potential sales opportunities by analyzing market trends and customer needs.
3. **Closing Business Deals**:
- Effectively communicate value propositions to close sales and achieve targets.
4. **Negotiating with Clients**:
- Engage in persuasive conversations to negotiate contracts and pricing, ensuring mutual satisfaction.
5. **Following Up With Customers**:
- Maintain consistent follow-ups to nurture leads and convert them into loyal customers.
6. **Managing Customer Relationships**:
- Build and sustain long-term relationships with clients to ensure repeat business and customer satisfaction.
7. **Ensuring Sales Growth**:
- Work closely with the sales and marketing team to develop strategies that drive revenue and meet organizational goals.
**Requirements**:
- Pursuing or completed a degree in B.COM, BMM, BMS, BA, MBA, MMS or Marketing related fields.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong negotiation and persuasion abilities.
- Self-motivated, result-driven, and a team player.
- Proficiency in MS Office tools(preferred).
