**What is the role?**

We’re looking for a **Finance Executive** to join our dynamic finance team. In this role, you will manage key financial tasks, ensuring smooth operations and compliance with financial regulations. This is a great opportunity for someone who is organized, analytical, and eager to contribute to a growing D2C brand.

As a Finance Executive at Zouk, you will be responsible for the following tasks:

- **Maintain Books of Accounts**: Handle the day-to-day financial transactions, including purchase, sales, cash book, journal entries, expenses, and capital expenditures in Tally.
- **Payment Preparation**: Prepare payments through bank portals, ensuring proper taxation and invoice requirements are met.
- **TDS & GST Compliance**: Prepare TDS and GST workings to ensure timely filings and compliance.
- **Reconciliations**: Assist in managing multiple reconciliations for revenue collections and key vendor payments.
- **Team Collaboration**: Contribute to various initiatives of the finance team as required.

**Who are we looking for?**
- A **Bachelor's or higher degree in Accounting & Finance**.
- **1-3 years of experience** in Accounting, GST, and TDS.
- Proficiency in **MS Excel, Google Spreadsheets, and Tally**.
- Strong **analytical skills** and attention to detail.
- Ability to **collaborate** effectively with team members and external agencies.
- Experience with **D2C companies** is a plus.

**Job Details**:

- **Work Timings**: Monday to Saturday, Work-from-Office role
- **Office Location**: Mumbai
- **CTC**: As per market standards

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
