**Requirements**:
**Key Roles & Responsibilities**:
- Forecasting process - Lead the financial forecasting across all accounts/regions and manage overall forecast cadence including weekly, quarterly, and annual revenue forecasts.
- Pipeline management - Monitor sales pipeline across key metrics using reports and dashboards in Salesforce CRM or Power BI.
- Data Governance - Work on the orchestration and preparation of MBRs and QBRs, ensuring a high degree of quality, timeliness, and accuracy.
- Sales Compensation Management - Work on Sales compensation design and effectiveness, Quota Allocation/Goal Setting, and Sales compensation administration
- Deal Desk - Serves as the trusted advisor to the Sales team on deal structure and quoting, advises the team on alternative contract options, and/or value proposition to help drive deal closure.
- Sales Leadership Support - Work with different teams/stakeholders (Sales, Customer Success, Technology, Implementation, Delivery, Finance, Marketing, Pricing, Central Operations).
- Work on any other ad-hoc operational activities
**Key Skills required**:
- 5 - 7 years of prior experience of relevant experience in a B2B SaaS company
- Excellent MS office skills - Excel, PPT, Power BI, Word
- Must to have - Good understanding and usage of sales tools like Salesforce.
- Good to have hands-on user experience in contract lifecycle management
- Good knowledge of MSA, OF, SoW, Invoicing
- Should be result oriented
- Strong analytical skills with program management capabilities
- Proactive and Self-starter with inclination/drive toward sales
- Ability to work independently and collaborate efficiently across functions
- Strong communication, interpersonal and soft skills
- Ability to work in a multicultural, multi-geography environment
- MBA or equivalent from premium institute preferred
- Ability to drive changing business priorities in all sales teams and geographies
