**Hiring for Printing Packaging Industry**
- Identify and generate new business opportunities by prospecting new clients and markets within the printing and packaging industry.
- Develop and maintain a robust sales pipeline through cold calling, networking, referrals, and attending industry events.
- Understand client needs and tailor proposals and presentations to provide the best packaging solutions.
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with key decision-makers and clients.
- Understand customer requirements and act as the main point of contact throughout the sales process.
- Ensure timely delivery of products/services and resolve any client concerns or issues promptly.
- Meet or exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets and KPIs.
- Prepare and deliver accurate sales reports and forecasts for senior management.
- Track competitor activities and market trends to identify new business opportunities.
- **Have a thorough understanding of the company’s product offerings, including packaging materials, printing services, and solutions.**:
- Present customized packaging solutions and demonstrate the value proposition of the company’s products to potential customers.
- Stay updated with industry developments and innovations in printing and packaging technologies.
- Negotiate and close sales deals in line with company policies and pricing structures.
- Prepare and review contracts, quotations, and other documentation related to sales transactions.
- Collaborate with the operations and production teams to ensure smooth order fulfillment and delivery.
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
