Key Responsibilities:

- Conduct routine machine maintenance to ensure optimal functionality.
- Identify and troubleshoot machine faults promptly.
- Maintain accurate breakdown maintenance reports for analysis and improvement.
- Manage cleaning staff to uphold cleanliness standards in the facility.
- Ensure machines are regularly cleaned to prevent malfunctions.
- Perform scheduled preventive maintenance checks on machines.
- Manage and maintain inventories of cleaning-related supplies.
- Regularly maintain and clean air conditioning systems and their accessories.
- Monitor and maintain the appropriate coolant levels in machines.
- Perform maintenance on RO filters to ensure water quality standards are met.
