We are currently seeking a skilled and reliable Machine Operative to join our team at our rubber recycling plant in Oman. The Electrical Technician will be responsible for Fixing and maintaning machinery and equipment used in the recycling process to ensure efficient and safe production operations.

**Key Responsibilities**:
Maintenance Assistance**: Assist maintenance technicians in performing routine maintenance tasks on machinery and equipment.

Safety Compliance**: Adhere to safety regulations and protocols at all times to maintain a safe working environment.

Documentation**: Maintain accurate records of production activities, including machine downtime, production output, and quality checks.

**Qualifications**:

- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Basic mechanical aptitude and understanding of machine operations.
- Ability to follow instructions and work independently.
- Strong attention to detail and quality orientation.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and perform repetitive tasks.

**Qualifications**:
1. Ability and willingness to work shift work (day and evening), weekends, and holidays.

2. 3 or more years' experience in a in a manufacturing or processing environment, preferably in rubber recycling or molding.

3. Must be proactive, adaptable, and willing to learn about the unique aspects of rubber recycling and molding.

4. Good communication skills in English.

5. University/College degree or operation training/certification is an asset.

**MUST BE ABLE TO RELOCATE TO GCC - OMAN**
