Bakery Chef

A bakery chef's responsibilities include:

- **Creating baked goods**: Developing and testing recipes, and creating a variety of baked goods like cakes, pies, and breads
- **Managing inventory**: Monitoring inventory levels and ordering supplies
- **Maintaining quality**: Ensuring all products meet quality standards, and conducting regular quality checks
- **Managing staff**: Training and managing junior staff, and participating in staff meetings
- **Planning menus**: Developing pastry and dessert menus, and planning seasonal menus
- **Maintaining cleanliness**: Ensuring a clean and organized work environment, and maintaining sanitation and cleanliness standards
- **Managing costs**: Managing cost control and budgeting
- **Handling customer inquiries**: Responding to customer inquiries and special orders
- **Staying updated**: Staying updated on industry trends and implementing new baking techniques
- **Maintaining equipment**: Maintaining equipment and tools
- **Collaborating with others**: Collaborating with other kitchen staff and suppliers

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
