Job Location - ahmedabad - Experience (in Years) - 2 - 5 - Job Type - Full Time **Job Description**: Job Profile 1 To ensure Quality mangement system documents are updated at all the times and are getting followed. Organisation must be always "audit ready" as per the current requirements of ISO under one's responsibility. 2 To do quality control for input materials, work in process and finished products as per the detailed specifications before they are forwarded to next stage 3 To implement cost effective and analytical techniques as part of quality control and quality assurance, which also includes establishing shelflife determining protocols 4 Responsible for defining specifications/ Quality control criteria as per market need and implementing the processes as per specifications 5 To do stetestical studies and do trend analysis, generate reports as per requirement of management 6 To handle customer complaints, to implement preventive systems such that there is no mismatch between customer's expectations and goods sold. To visit customers if needed, to resolve the complaint 7 To establish root cause mechanism, corrective and preventive actions for internal abnormal findings, customer complaints and customer feedbacks. 8 To impart training to various department executives, labours etc especially for effective implementation of good manufacturing practices and quality management systems 9 To prepare management information reports as indicated About Company Upman Placements is a firm of Researcher & Recruitment Specialists.
