Dispatch Supervisor

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Dispatch Management**:

- Coordinate with production supervisors to plan dispatch schedules according to production targets and customer demands.
- Oversee the loading and dispatching of finished products, ensuring accuracy in quantity and quality.
- Monitor dispatch processes to minimize turnaround time and optimize resource utilization.
- Implement measures to prevent product damage during loading, transit, and unloading.
- Maintain accurate records of inventory levels, including raw materials, work in progress, and finished products.
- Conduct regular stock audits and reconcile physical inventory with system records.
- Anticipate inventory shortages or excesses and take proactive measures to optimize inventory levels.
- Implement FIFO (First In, First Out) and other inventory management techniques to minimize waste and maximize shelf life.
- Ensure accuracy and completeness of dispatch documentation, including invoices, packing lists, and shipping labels.
- Maintain records of dispatch-related transactions and generate reports for management review.
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations in all dispatch activities.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
