**Position: Photographer**

**Job Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Execute photoshoots for fashion, lifestyle, product lines, and campaigns ensuring high-quality output.
- Understanding the shoot brief, conceptualizing, and preparing detailed moodboards accordingly (image references, light treatment, styling references as per color schemes, image ratios, etc., as well as budgeting and tracking).
- Collaborate with producers, stylists, and models to conceptualize and execute photoshoots aligned with brand vision.
- Capture a wide variety of images, including product flat lays, editorial fashion shoots, lifestyle scenarios, e-commerce photography, and catalog creation.
- Handle all aspects of the photoshoot process from pre-production to final delivery, including lighting, set design, and post-production.
- Stay updated with the latest trends in fashion photography, lifestyle aesthetics, and product shooting techniques.
- Manage photography equipment, ensuring it is up to date and in optimal working condition.
- Direct models and talent during shoots to ensure professional and brand-appropriate results.
- Collaborate with different distribution teams to produce visuals that support website, social media, offline, advertising, and e-commerce strategies.
- Work within project timelines and budgets while maintaining creative integrity.
- Knowledge of emerging trends in fashion and lifestyle photography.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Photography, Visual Arts, or related field (or equivalent experience).
- 3 years of professional experience in fashion, lifestyle, and product photography.
- Good knowledge of photography techniques, lighting setups, and composition.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Lightroom) and other relevant photography software.
- Good editing skills is a plus.
- Experience in managing large-scale photoshoots, including pre
- and post-production workflows.
- Proficient in MS Office.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across departments.
