Position Title: Junior Stylist

**Job Description**:

Richmond Studios is a premier creative agency specializing in producing high-quality content for a wide array of clients. Our work spans ecommerce, website and Instagram shoots, campaigns, reels, and more. We are dedicated to bringing each brand's vision to life through exceptional styling, photography, and creative direction. We are currently seeking a passionate and creative Junior Stylist Intern to join our team.

**Responsibilities**:
1. Assist with Styling:

- Support the senior stylist in selecting and preparing clothing, accessories, and props for various shoots.
- Help organize and maintain the styling wardrobe and inventory.
- Assist in creating mood boards and style guides that align with the creative vision of each project.
- Participate in fitting sessions and ensure that all styling elements are properly executed on set.

2. On-Set Support:

- Assist the styling team during photoshoots, ensuring that outfits and accessories are perfectly arranged.
- Make quick adjustments to styling as needed during shoots.
- Collaborate with photographers, makeup artists, and other team members to ensure a cohesive look.

3. Trend Research:

- Conduct research on current fashion trends, colors, and styles to inspire upcoming projects.
- Provide input and ideas for styling concepts and themes.

4. Administrative Tasks:

- Help manage the logistics of clothing and accessory returns after shoots.
- Keep track of borrowed items and ensure they are returned in perfect condition.
- Assist in organizing and maintaining a clean and efficient workspace.

**Requirements**:
1. **Educational Background**:

- Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Fashion, Styling, or a related field.

2. Skills and Abilities:

- Strong sense of style and keen eye for detail.
- Basic knowledge of fashion trends, fabrics, and color theory.
- Proficiency in using styling tools and software, such as Adobe Creative Suite or similar.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.

3. Personal Attributes:

- Creative thinker with a passion for fashion and styling.
- Ability to work well under pressure and adapt to changing requirements on set.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
- Enthusiastic, proactive, and eager to learn.

Preferred Qualifications:
1. Previous internship or work experience in fashion styling or a related field.

2. Experience working on photoshoots or in a creative studio environment.

3. Knowledge of fashion brands and designers.
