**Job Title**: Lathe Operator

**Location**: Sehore ( MP )

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Set up and operate lathe machines (manual or CNC as required).
- Read and interpret engineering drawings, blueprints, and job orders.
- Perform turning, facing, threading, boring, and drilling operations.
- Measure and inspect finished components using calipers, micrometers, and gauges.
- Ensure accuracy, quality, and proper finish of machined parts.
- Maintain tools, equipment, and work area in proper condition.
- Follow safety standards and company guidelines during operations.
- Perform routine machine maintenance and report any faults.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience as a Lathe Operator or Machinist.
- Ability to read and understand technical drawings.
- Knowledge of measuring instruments (vernier, micrometer, gauges).
- Basic knowledge of machine maintenance and troubleshooting.
- Good attention to detail and quality standards.
- Physical stamina to work with machinery and heavy parts.

**Qualification**:

- ITI / Diploma in Machinist / Fitter / Mechanical or relevant field.
- Minimum [1] years of experience in lathe operations.

**Salary**: 15000 to 20000k _+ PF + ESIC
