**Responsibilities**

- **Carryout the pre-sales activities related to Bid or Proposal & support sales and bid team****:
- **Presales activities related to Bid/Proposal, Solution Designing, OEM Interaction, Internal - External Cordination****:
- **Preparing and Ensuring all the technical docs, architecture, presentation, submissions related to bid****:
- **Evaluation & selection of OEMs/ Vendors/Agencies for best fit solution/technology as per the client requirement.****:
- **Carryout activities to register our firm/company as a partner to reputed OEMs for various solutions/technology/products.****:
- **Prerparing Technical Presentation & DEMO to clients about the solution offered.****:
- **Meeting with clients, stakeholders on project progress. Liaising with clients and building strong working relationships****:
- **Ability to manage complex projects, multi-tasking and manage client relationships****:
- **Working closely with the client organisation to obtain the information required to compile the bid****:
- **Assessing and addressing the techno-commercial risks relating to the bid they are working on****:
- **Helping Sales team for preparing commercials for proposals & bids****:
- **Researching current and future market technology trends & keep updated with latest technologies****:
- **Timely completion of alloted activities and regular update on the progress of the work.****:
- **Responding to clients’ and other stakeholders’ queries before, during and after the bid has been submitted***
