- **Lead and Supervise**:Manage and mentor quality control inspectors or technicians, ensuring they adhere to established procedures and standards.
- **Develop and Implement**:Create and implement quality control policies, procedures, and standards.
- **Monitor and Evaluate**:Oversee the quality of products and services, identify areas for improvement in the production process, and recommend corrective actions.
- **Data Analysis**:Analyze data related to quality control activities to identify trends, root causes of defects, and opportunities for improvement.
- **Compliance**:Ensure compliance with relevant regulations and standards, both internal and external.
- **Training**:Train staff on quality control procedures and best practices.
- **Communication**:Communicate quality-related information to relevant stakeholders, including management, production teams, and customers.
- **Audits**:Participate in internal and external audits to ensure compliance with quality standards.
- **Problem Solving**:Investigate customer complaints and non-conformance issues, and implement corrective actions to prevent future occurrences.
- **Documentation**:Maintain quality documentation, including test plans, protocols, and reports.
- **Continuous Improvement**:Continuously seek ways to improve the quality management system and processes.

- **Experience in a manufacturing or similar environment**.
