**Position: Sales Coordinator (Female only)**

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Assist the sales team in preparing quotations, proposals, and sales documents.
- Maintain and update sales and customer records in CRM or spreadsheets.
- Coordinate with production, accounts, and dispatch departments to ensure timely order processing and delivery.
- Handle client inquiries, provide product information, and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Follow up with clients on quotations, payments, and order status.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports for management review.
- Schedule meetings, appointments, and follow-ups for the sales team.
- Support marketing and promotional activities as needed.
- Maintain confidentiality of sales data and company information.

**Key Skills & Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
- 1-3 years of experience in a sales coordination or customer support role.
- Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and CRM software.
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
- Ability to multitask and work under deadlines.
- Attention to detail and problem-solving attitude.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
