**Job Description: Sales Coordinator**
**Position Overview**:
The Sales Coordinator is responsible for supporting the sales team, ensuring smooth operations, and maintaining excellent relationships with clients. This role involves administrative tasks, customer service, and communication with internal and external stakeholders to facilitate the sales process.
**Key Responsibilities**:
**Sales Support**:
Assist the sales team with proposals, quotations, and presentations.
Prepare and maintain sales reports, dashboards, and performance metrics.
Coordinate and follow up on leads and inquiries.
**Order Management**:
Process and track customer orders from receipt to delivery.
Ensure accurate documentation of sales transactions and contracts.
Liaise with logistics and inventory teams to confirm product availability.
**Customer Relations**:
Respond promptly to customer queries and resolve issues professionally.
Maintain client records and update contact information in CRM software.
Handle after-sales communication and ensure customer satisfaction.
**Coordination and Communication**:
Act as the main point of contact between sales, operations, and marketing teams.
Schedule meetings, prepare agendas, and manage correspondence for the sales department.
Coordinate with suppliers and vendors for product availability and pricing.
**Administrative Duties**:
Manage and update sales documentation, contracts, and agreements.
Monitor and process invoices, payment follow-ups, and other financial transactions.
Organise and maintain the sales department’s files and resources.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
Schedule:
- Day shift
