**Job Title: Tester - Google CCAI Agent Assist - 2 Requiremnets**

Experience Level: 7-8 Years

Job Overview:
Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and execute test plans, test cases, and test scripts for AI solutions.
- Perform functional, integration, and regression testing to ensure the quality of AI models and algorithms.
- Identify, document, and track defects and issues using bug tracking tools.
- Collaborate with development teams to resolve defects and improve system performance.
- Conduct performance testing and analyze results to optimize AI solutions.
- Provide detailed reports on testing activities and outcomes.
- Stay updated with the latest testing methodologies and tools.
- Ensure compliance with industry standards and best practices in software testing.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

- Masters’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Tester or similar role, preferably in AI or machine learning projects.
- Strong knowledge of software testing methodologies and tools.
- Experience with test automation tools and frameworks.
- Familiarity with Google CCAI Agent Assist and related technologies.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Preferred Qualifications:

- Master's degree in a related field.
- Certifications in software testing or quality assurance.
- Experience with AI and machine learning technologies.
- Knowledge of cloud platforms like Google Cloud Platform (GCP).
