- holistic interventions with children and educators in school,

Strengthening school leadership and teacher capacity building, creating a digital ecosystem and learning environment in schools, equipping middle school students with confidence and skills of communicative English, upskilling teachers to provide foundational literacy & numeracy skills, and supporting districts in building and running model schools—these are key interventions run by KEF. KEF launched the Kotak Kanya Scholarship in 2021 to offer financial and academic support to meritorious girl students in pursuit of higher education from all over India. The Kotak Junior Scholarship supports meritorious students from the Mumbai Metropolitan Region in pursuing 11th and 12th standards. KEF’s Vocational Education & Livelihood Project upskills unemployed youth from economically weaker sections of society and coaches them in domain know-how, the basics of IT and spoken English, life skills, and personality development. It ensures placements for all eligible participants so they can stride with confidence into any professional sphere.

KEF is now at the cusp of change as it prepares for the next chapter in its journey toward empowering the youth with quality education and livelihood. Armed with its vast experience and expertise, the organization now aims to scale its depth as well as the breadth of its reach. KEF’s philosophy is evolving from ‘school as a unit’ to working toward district/state-level education transformation. As KEF expands its ambit, it will help drive systemic reform and state education transformation to create long-term impact at scale. Kotak Education Foundation is the primary implementing agency for the CSR initiatives of Kotak Mahindra Group in education. **Key Responsibilities Areas**:

- Design and develop engaging training content, including videos, handouts, pamphlets, presentations, and other multimedia materials.
- Create detailed storyboards and prototypes for e-learning modules and training materials.
- Develop clear, concise, and engaging instructional materials that cater to diverse learner audiences.
- Implement instructional strategies that support various learning styles and ensure content accessibility.
- Develop assessments and learning activities that align with training objectives.
- Continuously review and update materials to enhance learning effectiveness and keep them aligned with industry standards.
- Ensure all materials follow branding guidelines and maintain quality standards.
- Work closely with the team to ensure projects are delivered on time and within scope.
- Stay updated with new instructional design trends and technologies to enhance the learning experience.

Educational Qualification

1) Master’s in Education/Development/MBA with specialization in CSR, sustainable development, or education technology
2) 20+ years of experience in educational initiatives/training

Years of Experience

7 years of experience as an instructional designer or in a similar role.

Work skills

1) Proficiency in multimedia content creation tools (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite, Camtasia, Articulate)
2) Strong understanding of instructional design methodologies, adult learning principles, and pedagogies.
3) Experience in academic background is a must.
4) Experience in storyboarding and curriculum design.
5) Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
6) Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
7) Strong project management skills and attention to detail.
8) Knowledge of LMS platforms and e-learning tools is a plus.
9) Experience with video production and editing.
10) Familiarity with graphic design tools for creating handouts and pamphlets.
