Supply Chain Executive- Experienced Male Candidate

Meeting with suitable vendors to assess their products, inquire about their services, negotiate pricing, and communicate any product or service-related concerns.
- Conducting research on available vendors to determine which vendors offer the best pricing and product quality.
- As per Materials request from project team, proceed the order after verifying the client payment with finance team.
- Preparing purchase orders against purchase requests, Track the consignment & coordinate with logistics person until it reach to the office
- Unpack the boxes and cross verify all items with vendor tax invoice and Purchase order.
- List out if any items are physically damaged /old stock/missing items, if any inform to vendor & get replaced
- Enter all items inventory master sheet/inventory software, Pack it properly & store it in a warehouse.
- Once confirmation received either from the project team/client make arrangements to ship the items
*Requirements*:
- Bachelor's degree in supply chain management or related field.
- Minimum 2 year's experience in similar role
- Willingness to travel for work.
- The ability to multitask effectively.
- Strong negotiation, management, and decision-making skills.
- Effective written and verbal communication skills.
- *Salary*: ₹15,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
